Sarah Larsen grew up around dairy, but she built her reputation by paying attention to the details most people miss. Feed, weather, comfort, routine, and patience all show up in the tank.

At Larsen Family Creamery, the work is steady, the standards are high, and the animals set the pace.

Linda Halvorsen's farm was there at the beginning, when the co-op was less of a business plan and more of a survival plan. For her family, joining Wasatch Dairy Farmers meant protecting the farm without giving up who they were.

More than two decades later, Halvorsen Creamery still stands for the same things: care, consistency, and milk made close to home.

Cole Anderson represents the kind of dairy family that understands progress without forgetting the old way. Anderson Brothers represents the kind of mountain dairy country that Wasatch began reaching as it extended its routes beyond Utah.

The equipment has changed, the routes have grown, and the farm now reaches markets Cole's grandfather never would have imagined. But the daily work still comes down to healthy cows, cold mornings, and honest milk.

Rosa Mendoza's farm sits in a place where the days start cold, the work starts early, and nothing comes easy. Mendoza Sunrise Dairy joined Wasatch with a focus on quality milk from high-elevation farmland.

Rosa takes pride in the conditions that shape her dairy: clean water, mountain air, and the kind of cream that tells you the cows are well cared for.

Miguel Reyes grew up with the sound of a small barn and the rhythm of work done by hand. Today, Reyes Valley Dairy operates at a larger scale, but Miguel still sees the farm through the lessons his father taught him: show up early, take care of the animals, and never treat growth like an excuse to lower the standard.

When Reyes Valley Dairy joined Wasatch in 2007, Miguel wasn't just thinking about the next milk check. He was thinking about the next generation. The co-op gave his family a stronger path forward, and years later, that path would become part of his son Diego's story too.

David Nakamura runs his dairy with a balance of instinct and data. He watches production numbers, feed efficiency, animal health, and every small signal that points to a better day in the barn.

Nakamura Holstein Co. brought another strong Idaho farm into the Wasatch network, helping the co-op grow while keeping quality close to the source.

Joseph Tsosie built his farm around the water, land, and rhythm of the region. At Tsosie Springs Dairy, clean water is more than a resource. It is the starting point for healthy animals, good feed, and quality milk.

Joseph's approach is simple: respect what the land gives you, and do the work in a way that lets it keep giving.

Hannah Beckstrom didn't take over the farm because it was easy. She came home because it mattered.

Beckstrom Pasture Farm brings a next-generation voice to the co-op, blending education, fresh thinking, and the reality of daily farm life. For Hannah, the work is demanding, but the reward is knowing the farm still has a future.

For Patrice Coleman, joining Wasatch Dairy Farmers changed the direction of the farm. Before the co-op, too much energy went into simply making the numbers work.

With a stronger route to market and a shared network behind her, Coleman Family Dairy was able to think beyond survival and start investing in the next chapter.

Diego Reyes didn't just join Wasatch Dairy Farmers. In many ways, he grew up inside it.

As Miguel's son, Diego grew up inside the Wasatch story, around the routes, trucks, barns, and farm families that shaped the co-op.

In 2020, he brought Reyes Mountain Dairy into the co-op, carrying forward the same family standard with his own farm, his own herd, and his own future to build.
